Software Phone Features

With IPstage series key telephone system, Oki original Software Phone called Com@WILL provides a versatile means of communication is provided. The service features of Com@WILL include Video Conferencing (up to four parties at one time) with high quality voice and video, Voice Recording during a conversation or when absent, Application Sharing for sharing the same spreadsheet or presentation files etc., with other parties and many others.

Rich Conventional System Features

The IPstage series provides many advanced key telephone features to enhance the business productivity of small and medium sized offices, such as call restriction, which prevents calls being placed to a pre-registered number, automatic route selection, Caller ID display on analog phones, DISA, built-in Voice Mail and Call Rejection. With our new digital phone many functions can be set easily from any digital extension using the menu screen.

Easy Data Setting and Maintenance

Simple Data setting mode from a digital phone and data entry/retrieval from USB allows the customer and installer easy and prompt data setting. Detailed data setting can be carried out with maintenance console software from internet explorer on any PC, both on-line and off-line and it is also provided with a serial port to allow remote maintenance through public telephone line.

Excellent Sound Features

Based on Oki original IP voice technology, the IP-phones and Software Phones provide much better sound quality than any other phone. You can hear not only the meaning of the other party, but also the feeling of the other party by this excellent sound IP phones and Software Phones.
